webscount provides privacy-focused website statistics and analytics software, including self-hosted and cloud-hosted options.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if it changes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use webscount to collect personal data without a lawful basis, to track individuals without consent where required by law, or to violate applicable privacy regulations.
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase. Free trials and plan changes are subject to the terms displayed in your account.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Availability and support
We strive to keep webscount Cloud available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
Support levels depend on your subscription plan as described on our pricing page.
7. Limitation of liability
webscount is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the service and close your account.
